mConsole is licensed per building. You can have any number of patron, staff, administrator, and waiting list workstations as long as they are located in the building for which the license was purchased. You can add or remove mConsole workstations of any type as you see fit within the licensed building. A single building license is all that is required for most small or medium sized libraries.

Library systems that have branch locations will need to purchase a branch building license for each additional building.

Annual software maintenance fees are based upon 10% of the purchase price and are waived for the first year. Your maintenance fee is guaranteed to not increase for three years from the purchase date.
Onsite installation, configuration, and training for libraries within 200 miles of Sandusky, Michigan is a flat $800. Libraries beyond 200 miles will be provided a custom quote for installation. Branch installations will require a custom quote.

mPortal WiFi Add On Pricing
The mPortal add on allows you to manage your wireless patrons seamlessly with the mConsole base package. This add on is a hardware and software solution that will plug into your existing network. Data collected on the mPortal device is integrated into your mConsole database for later reporting. You will need one device per location. Multiple access points can be connected to one mPortal device.
This optional hardware/software add-on is $900 with free installation when setup with an mConsole installation. The yearly support fee is $90 which is waived for the first year.
